Kiel Phegley is a writer of comics and books for young readers, including Strikers with artist Jacques Khouri. Currently on sale are a raft of titles starring popular characters from Sonic the Hedgehog and The Amazing World of Gumball. A graduate of Hamline University’s MFA in writing for children program, Kiel also teaches courses in children’s literature at Eastern Michigan University.
